    A night of 100 in step class. We did sets of squats in between stepping until we had done 100 squats. I hope their glutes are thanking me!

      Thanks for asking, Diane. Brent is much better! He has been having good days. We are working hard keeping him hydrated & fed now that the NG tube is out. Glad to have it out & so is he!!

    Fastest 30 minute workout ever! TRX definitely didn't disappoint tonight! Lots of calf work tonight with tiptoes. Also did burpees with just one leg in the straps! Very challenging class!!
