      It's too soon to feel that way! Maybe you can get more sleep and tweak your diet to help your body fight these things off a little more quickly.

      Dont be disappointed. At least you got out there and tried! Next time fuel up before your workout and it will be better! :)

      Way to battle through it. It is good to experience it as sometimes you just cannot eat before. Reid Collest trains that way sometimes.
