    Tempo run in new sneaks! It was pouring, and I wasn't sold on the sneakers initially, so I ran on the dreadmill. I changed my mind about the Brooks... I think they are keepers.

    Quick run with my boy. My knee was little weird, so I was hoping he would be ok sticking to the trails. Alas, he wanted to tour the neighborhoods after awhile.
