Ya gotta take time to smell the flowers, especially when the flowers are along a steep uphill :)

I love seeing all the flowers popping up along this route. Spring is in the air!

  3. goodDouble digits! 10.12 mi / 01:49 10:45 pace

I started with Ol' Faithful, felt good so I kept going and added the ERP loop, saw I could potentially hit double digits for the 1st time in my adult life so I ran down Wayt Rd a bit. So psyched to reach a 10 mile run, and I don't even feel like I want... read more

Yaaaaa-HOOOOOO! Great job. I remember when you tried to tell me that you wouldn't be able to run a 10k. Soon, you WILL be joining all of us for 13.1!

  4. goodJog for a Cause 10K 6.46 mi / 00:58 08:58 pace

Fun race with Mike B, Karen T, and other runners from the neighborhood! Relatively flat course, temp in the low 40s, cruel head-wind at miles 2 and 5. My official time was 58:15 but garmin shows this to be a looong 10K so I'm claiming a unofficial PR ... read more

Probably would have enjoyed a run in the rain more.

Impressive that you can do 6+ miles on the treadmill. I wish I could.

Yeah, it is rather mind-numbing. A random hill program and good tunes get me through it.

Always opt for the rain! Unless of course you are getting over a monster cold, that is. :)

  6. alrightBack ent + Rvbrch + Wnmrk + pool 6.88 mi / 01:16 11:00 pace

Probably not the best idea health-wise for me but it was sunny and 65F! How could I NOT run on such a beautiful day?! So I kept it slow, walked when I needed to, and hopefully sweated every last germ out of my system.

  7. alrightTo the back ent. 3.46 mi / 00:36 10:30 pace

Slow, easy run to see if my legs still work after a week off. They do :) but the right side of my face is KILLING me :(

  8. Took a nice walk outside today for the first time since the flu bug hit our house last Sunday. It felt SO good to be out in the sunshine and fresh air but it may be another day or two before I can run again. Going to be tough to reach 80 miles this mo... read more

  9. An unexpected rest day today with a sick daughter clinging to me :( Question for the group: first race with my FR305 yesterday and I didn't press "lap" at each mile, can I still see my splits somewhere?

    • Erica M. Erica M.

To set the FR305 to auto lap, press Mode -> Training -> Training Options -> Auto Lap. You can set by Distance or by Position (handy if you're doing loops or laps and want to compare each lap). Once Auto Lap is set, it will automatically do splits for you (no need to press 'lap' while running).
