    I felt good about this run until I saw Tiffany G.'s run. Now I feel like a pussy for only running 10. :) Cost me around 5 pounds of sweat as it was.

    I usually don't count fractions of a mile on my running logs, but I enjoyed running the last few miles on the trails with my son and his friend so much, I couldn't delete it. :)

    Hills, Thrills, and no Spills.... Made it past the dreaded 207th mile of August that "tripped" me up the last couple of summers. Very happy to be still standing and running! :D

      This area was logged out a hundred years ago or so. There are still trails through the woods that were supposedly originally made when that occurred. So we refer to them as lumber trails. Sometimes they just dead end out in the middle of the forest and other times you can connect to another road on them.

      We call them logging roads. Many times here the roads just go from the top to the bottom of a Mt. Not much fun to run.

    Another hot treadmill run. The slow pace made it feel pretty easy. The good new is that I now have 3 days to run the 10 miles I need to reach 50 for the week. :)
