Nice and easy A2 long run 17.2 mi 03:00 10:27 pace

30 mins w/u + 2 hrs 10 mins aerobic + 20 mins c/d. Great run with the 2 Beckys!! Had some serious hills to workout on Old Ford Rd. Followed by a Toasted Hazelnut Soy Chai Latte, delicious!!

    Nice long run with a fast pace for an aerobic run. It is amazing that you can maintain that pace while keeping your heart rate down.

    Thanks! @Karl - I can't believe it myself sometimes but I am so glad that I stuck with the aerobic HR training, its been 1.5 yrs now.
