Nothing for me, Pam. The plan is to start our family in 2012, so no hard training or racing for me for a while. It is weird not training for anything and just running but I like it.

Thanks! @Karl - I can't believe it myself sometimes but I am so glad that I stuck with the aerobic HR training, its been 1.5 yrs now.
