    Nice and easy w/u and fantastic MAF test (for me it is). Took last night off from running since I got home from work late and I didn't want to stress which would impact the MAF test.

      have no idea who no showed on you! ugh. but, what a run! congrats on your personal efforts. sometimes i think i only do event running so that i can see that others do this sometime "solo" sport.

      Nice long run with a fast pace for an aerobic run. It is amazing that you can maintain that pace while keeping your heart rate down.

      Thanks! @Karl - I can't believe it myself sometimes but I am so glad that I stuck with the aerobic HR training, its been 1.5 yrs now.
