  1. RUN
    good 4.25 mi 00:40 09:24 pace

Lazy treadmill run because it's humid outside and I'm a wimp.

  2. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:28 09:20 pace

That's what I get for waiting until the afternoon when it's almost 90 degrees out.

  3. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:26 08:36 pace

Shorter run just to break the lazy streak I've been on for the last week. At least the ankle I mildly sprained while playing drunken wiffleball is healed.

Squadron PT on the hilly chapel track. Great way to start the day

  5. RUN
    great 4.36 mi 00:36 08:13 pace

Great run up at Castle Island in Southie. It's days like this I don't miss the heat down in SC

  6. RUN
    great 3.11 mi 00:30 09:38 pace

Thought I was going faster, but whatever. Still felt great for a morning run.

Slow recovery run after the 10k on Saturday.

  8. RUN
    good 6.2 mi 00:53 08:33 pace

Sumter Recovery Road Race 10k. Did pretty well, especially considering I was out drinking until after 11 last night.

  9. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:28 09:20 pace

Slow jog, taking it easy before the 10k Saturday morning

  10. RUN
    great 3 mi 00:26 08:30 pace

Easy recovery run after yesterday's longer run. Amazing how running in cool temperatures just drops my time by about 1 min/mile.

  11. RUN
    good 6.15 mi 00:57 09:16 pace

Decided to wear the knee brace after feeling some stiffness yesterday and this morning, and the run turned out well because of it. Now I can drink beer and watch hockey all day without feeling gui... read more

    Squadron PT 3 miler

  13. RUN
    great 6.15 mi 00:58 09:23 pace

Long slow run today. Tried out the new 6ish mile running track on base, and I definitely like it. Saw some parts of Shaw I've never seen, which is strange considering I've been here for 2.5 years.
