First 3km are brutal. Absolutely brutal. Big difference in weather, yesterday +26 and today?-4!!! and SNOWING! I had so many snot rockets flying everywhere that I'm sure I have some crusted on my cheeks from 'failure to launch'; 10 min warm up walk and cool down walk; 3:1 ratio run/walk w pace sub 8:00 zone 2 and sub 7:30 for zone 4. Better pace at end where zone 2 was sub 7:30. Good run all together. NO PAIN!
