    Tough head wind out but decent tail wind back. OK day, need to ride more though.

      Think Im gonna do the path tomorrow if it dont rain - havent been there for a while. Maybe it wont be too crowded and I can get some pace goin .....

    great Kapaa Bike Path 6 mi

    Rainy day but warm. Planned on 3-4 but ended up running 6. Felt strong and had a negative split to boot!!!
