I was trying to finish in 50 minutes, so I made sure not to walk at all! This is the first time I've ran without stopping in a long time. I've gotten into a bad habit of using the treadmill to pace myself and thus, sprinting then walking, sprinting then walking. So...trying to build up my endurance to keep running without stopping, no matter how slow.

That is one of the beauties about a treadmill. But working on a consistent, steady pace that you can hold, is what it's all about. Each of us have our speed.
