I was trying to finish in 50 minutes, so I made sure not to walk at all! This is the first time I've ran without stopping in a long time. I've gotten into a bad habit of using the treadmill to pace myself and thus, sprinting then walking, sprinting then walking. So...trying to build up my endurance to keep running without stopping, no matter how slow.
