good Treadmill run at the gym 4 km 00:33 13:16 pace

Just a nice easy run on the treadmill after a "vibration training" class that was just not for me. Watched reality TV while running: "Till Debt Do Us Part" that was oddly captivating. Shame on me. Uh, holy cow, half marathon in less than 2 wks.

    Well, "doing" might be too strong a word. Let's use "attempting". I've never dropped out of a race yet, but I have also never gone into a half so unprepared before. A bit concerned I'll break something.
