Did the 6:30pm BodyStep class at the local GoodLife; just got my new membership this week. Really great cardio, nice instructor. Afterwards did some weights:
Facedown leg curls, 30lbs/12reps; Side to side chins, -70lbs/12reps; Pec fly, 40lbs/10reps; Overhead dumbell raise 10lbs/10reps; Machine preacher curls 20lbs/12reps; Calf press 90lbs/12reps.
Weight: 137, Blood pressure 119/73 mmHg, Resting pulse = 73 bpm (@ 8pm)
