good P90X Day 1: Cardio X 00:45

It's been a few months since I last did P90X, so I previewed the workout before I actually did it to refresh my memory. As I watched, I thought it didn't look as bad as I remember it to be. Isn't that always the case? =) I made it through the workout but my legs, arms, and my core already feel sore and I'm completely wiped. Good workout. Hope I have enough energy for my speedwork tomorrow...
