    Great! No intervals for this run =) Ran straight through! I'm so proud of myself! My goal was to hit a 12:30 pace for this LSD and I was right on the mark.

    Took it a little slower with this run. I think this past weekend's 5k really boosted my confidence. I ditched my intervals and ran straight through. Felt great throughout and except for a few hills, I felt like I could def keep on going.

    Meant to go out for a 4 mile tempo but needed to cut the run sort because my right hand and my right foot started to go numb! Has anyone ever experienced numbness in your extremities before? It totally freaked me out!

    Dunno why this was recorded separately in my watch. Anyway, this was my cool down from my run tonight. Very slow jogging/walking to get my HR back down into Zone 3. Felt good all the way through =)

    4 miles w/ 3 miles at tempo: 12:02, 11:36, 12:05, 11:28. Felt really good throughout the whole run. I was surprised I was even able to do it because I had a long day at work today and was feeling wiped. Glad I got out there.

    I'm totally wiped. My arms feel like jello now. My core is burning. I really need this workout. Nowadays, when I'm running long, my upper body and my core is what feels the most weak and tired, not my legs.

    Awesome! Repeats ticked off: 5:05, 5:09, 5:05. Can't get any more consistent than that =) Did a 1 mile warm-up (12:10), and then a .6 walking cool down.
