Solid run! Was so glad that my legs still work :) Fought my way up the hills, and wouldn't let my pace slip TOO much. Today, legs feel great. No soreness, cept in my abs. Go figure ;)

Coooool! Ever think of doing it again? This was my first time running it. I first found out about it when I saw my friend's pink medal from last yr's race and I was totally jealous! I'm totally doing it again next year. It was so well run!

Ran over some hefty hills. Right knee started to feel all weird/tweaky/painful close to mile 5, so decided to cut the run short. Walked quarter mile home.

@Steph - yah, I'm so careful with my knees nowadays. Any little tweak and I make sure to take a break. I totally wanna avoid getting injured this year. Either that, or I'm just that lazy ;) haha

wow, great job, sheryl! My coworker did this run too and said it was nice! I wish it had been a little better weather in Santa Cruz, but I can't complain since it didn't start raining really hard til I was done!
