As I was chugging along at my super-easy pace, this bicyclist came along side and called me by name. It turns out he's an ex-coworker. So I spent the next 4.5 miles gossiping about coworkers, who's left, who's been fired, who's found a better job, who's career is stagnating. It's cool, I don't get to run and talk very often.
