The anticipation of all that crunching between the toes sure takes the boredom out of running. LOL. I'm toughing through some tight muscle from my three week down time. The off time did make my barefoot running all the sweeter once I got back to running again.

way to use the spare-time. i prefer cotton, too. it's cool and just feels so much better. unless it's so hot that the shirt would soak. once it's wet, cotton doesn't dry easily and then it gets ugly.

It's Friday night here. We just wrapped up a 10 hour day. At least I didn't spend to day in the data center. Instead, I spent the day at the hotel lobby, working on my laptop the whole day, while the hotel staff brought me "アフターヌーンティーセット" (afternoon tea set), which I'm sure you'd enjoy!
