    Still recovering from strep. Needed a crew of people to carry me while I rested. Cried half a mile from the finish. It was worth it.... but I'm glad I don't have to do it again!

      I don't know about that, but I will at least learn from today's experience and a) wear the right shoes and b) try not to get myself run over by any vehicles.

    Oh my gosh. That's super speedy!!! The trail had been closed to the sucky snow and ice so I've been running hills every single time. So nice to have a spring run on the flat pavement.
