Okay, it's been almost 4 weeks since I have been out. Between all my freelance work and all the horrible weather -- it just hasn't happened! I was happy to get out this morning though my body was S... read more

  4. RUN
good Large loop Chevington Woods 1.88 mi 00:21 11:00 pace

  5. RUN
great At the gym 2.25 mi 00:26 11:31 pace

Didn't think I had it in me to do anything this morning! But, I managed to get 2.25 in at the gym. It helped that there was some weird show on the History Channel about the world's most dangerous r... read more

good The GYM! 2.75 mi 00:31 11:11 pace

Broke down and got a three month membership to the gym. I have had trouble getting enough daylight to be able to run during the week. So, hopefully I'll be able to get in a few more miles -- not ju... read more

great large and small loop Chevingt... 2.6 mi 00:29 11:18 pace

It was a little breezy this morning, but the sun was out! Felt good to get out and stretch my legs. I almost bailed at my usual 1.88 miles, but decided to push on for 2.6. Yay!

  9. RUN
tired Large loop Chevington Woods 1.88 mi 00:22 11:35 pace

Ugh! I find it very difficult to run later in the day. My legs felt like lead. I was inspired by the warmer temps and the sunshine. All in all, I was happy I made it all the way around.

  10. RUN
great Large loop Chevington Woods 1.88 mi 00:20 10:44 pace

Felt so GOOD to get out and run! My cold weather cycling pants are doing the trick for running in these cooler temps. I did have to take off my gloves about halfway through because I was generating... read more

  11. RUN
great Large loop Chevington Woods 1.88 mi 00:21 11:03 pace

I'm LOVING running in this colder weather. I just wish I had more daylight during the weekdays to do this more often. No stopping today since I did not take the boxer with me. Felt GREAT!

  12. RUN
good Large top loop -- with dog! 1.6 mi 00:21 13:21 pace

The dog started me at a faster pace than I was ready for. We had a few doggie distractions: squirrels, other dogs, people, etc. making our trip way more interesting than if I went solo. Ha! Fun tho... read more

  13. VELO
great To Olde Pickerington 10.81 mi 00:44 14.9mph pace

Windy, but warm! Rode over to the Traveling Vietnam War Memorial. Lots of folks paying their repect. Plenty of folks on the road. Glad to have a mirror on my helmet to keep my eye on car traffic.

  14. RUN
good Top of the big loop 1.6 mi 00:19 11:41 pace

Glad to get a run in tonight after work. (Though its like running with lead legs at the end of the day!) Ready to kick back and relax.

  15. RUN
good Chevington Woods, big and lit... 2.6 mi 00:29 11:02 pace

This was not a fast run, but it was a nice long one for me since I haven't been running lately. We'll see if my knee swells today because of it. I'm icing it now, hoping to keep it from happening! ... read more

  16. VELO
good Johnstown to Newark 28.8 mi 02:08 13.5mph pace

I am hoping the cycling will make my knee happier. It was uphill for the first six miles, into the wind--but the tailwind section was great! Back to the car was into the wind again...

I agree. Not as much foot traffic as the Olentangy trail. Actually started in Alexandria, then north to Johnstown, then out to Newark and back.
