    good Elliptical/Treadmill 2.6 mi

    Did a quick workout....25mins on the elliptical, and then ran a mile on the treadmill.....gearing up for the 5K tonight (walking/jogging it with my husband!)

  17. felt SOOOOO good to run again, can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow am! Never again will I take 9 days off.....that 5K on 10/25 doesn't look soo scary now!

    First time on a treadmill.....was nice to do a 2 min warm up, run 25 mins STRAIGHT, and then quick cool down walk....not going to up the time until next week....looking forward to running tomorrow ... read more

      Girl, for this stage in the game you are FLYING. On my next run I need to run 11:30 minute miles if I want to do it in 35 min's, my fastest time ever is upper 12's so I have NO idea how I will manage that, but I'll do my best *eek*. I'm excited and freaked out all at once!
