    Spinning was hard today, as my wrist is in a brace, but I managed! Worked my core more, keeping my torso upright, and settled in on my forearms when necessary. :)

      hit a pad too hard in MMA 2.5 weeks ago and then didn't take care of it--I think it was aggravated by more MMA stuff, probably bracing too much on the bike, pushups, etc. :( Doc doesn't think it's broken, but got X-rays anyway (don't know results yet). Most likely, it's a bad flare-up of tendonitis.
