    Since I cut off the bike after 10 minutes, I hopped on a Precor to get a better workout in. I was listening to a NIN playlist. If I had been alone in the room, I would have sung out loud.

    All the treadmills were taken, so I hopped on a bike for 10 minutes. Meh, even at the lowest seat setting, I still felt too short/uncomfortable.

    Did some more upper body work using 5lb dumbells. Sticking with 20 reps for bicep and tricep sets, and working on increasing my reps for shoulder sets.
