  1. VELO
    great 10 mi 01:00 10.0mph pace

So... it says here that my last run was on 1/26/13... that was 8 months ago. I did a run yesterday. 1,5 miles. Dead tired, and I mean dead... yeah... a lot of work to do.

  2. RUN
    alright 3.2 mi 00:28 08:45 pace

    that pace :((

  3. RUN
    good 3.8 mi 00:33 08:37 pace

Bleh. It was warm and less windier than yesterday, though it's gonna be 10F - 20F with windchill below zero tomorrow :(

  4. Shared Photo

"Mah eyes!!!" was what I thought when I walked into the store :) Without any hesitation, I bought it. A bit high for my taste (more than Kinvara) but they serve their purpose. Bright, no?

  5. RUN
    good 2.8 mi 00:22 07:51 pace

Not sure if this is a correct pace... A while after I started, I noticed I didn't start my watch so this is just estimated. Wind was strong though. 22mph right at my face xP #pureflow

  6. RUN
    great Interval workout 3.25 mi

It wasn't my toughest day, although it was tough. the workout consists of 1.5 mile warm-up, 10x200m with 200m jog in between and finally 1 mile cooldown. A good 10min stretching and a quick co... read more

  7. RUN
    good 3.8 mi 00:32 08:30 pace

Still on my road of going back to where I was :/ According to this pace, I really need to do speed works #pureflow

  8. Yo! I have 1 question regarding winter gears: How long until you wash your tights? (Right after your run? 2nd run? 3rd?) I know it's nasty but I just want too know your opinions :)

  9. RUN
    good 2.8 mi 00:22 07:59 pace

Happy. Still slower and more tired than used to be, but I'm getting back there. Guess I'm gonna have to do some intervals, which I hate the most :/ #pureflow

  10. RUN
    tired 1.6 mi 00:13:13 08:15 pace

Could be worse I guess, considering I haven't been running, or doing any type of physical activities the last whole month. 1st run of the year didn't go too well, but at least I've l... read more

oh it's just snowing :/ nvm...

  12. Anyone has a good suggestion on where to buy running tights? I'm trying to look for some but all of them are over $50 :( I can't afford that price!

  13. RUN
    good 3.7 mi 00:30 08:01 pace

Pretty tired. Raining out, cold, and wet. Wind was strong. Whatever, at least I've got some miles out :) Gotta buy some running tights since it's getting a bit too cold for my legs :\ Sho... read more

  14. RUN
    great 4.9 mi 00:41 08:17 pace

Pretty good run. It got dark fast just a few minutes after I got started, but the X-mas lights lightened up the road :D

  15. RUN
    alright 1.96 mi 00:14:57 07:37 pace

Meh... It was a schedule-packed day, but still able to squeeze out some miles out.
    Go Bionic.

  16. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:15 07:33 pace

The Go Bionic is here! Test run turned out to be better than expected! >:D Love the zero drop, dislike the lacing system.
    Go Bionic

  17. RUN
    good 3.1 mi 00:24 07:42 pace

My time for this run went down, since I counted 3 weeks since my last "real" run. Well, I'm happy that I've finally got some miles in. The Go Bionic should be here tomorrow if e... read more

  18. RUN
    tired 2.9 mi 00:30 10:20 pace

Sucks is all I can say about this run. I was tired, DEAD tired half way in the run, which I have never experienced before for this distance. My foot strike feel extremely weird; especially my feet ... read more

Its hard to feel good after a disappointing run but at least you got yourself out there and you are aware of your body. Things will get all areas of life.

The new thing is that my new shoes have finally made it here :D They are the Skechers Go Run Ride. I've heard that Skechers has earned themselves quite a not... read more

I run in Skechers GoRun, I love them. (I've never tried any other minimalist shoes so I can't compare.) I used to have pain in my knee when running but since I switched the pain has gone so I'm sticking with them! I agree they feel weird to walk in though!! The weight's not an issue for me, I've got tiny feet! (Size5!) ha

Yeah, the Ride maybe is a bit too heavy for me, but like I said, that's maybe good for long distance run. I thought of getting the Go run initially, but the thought of having a huge bump in midfoot turned me down. For now I'll stick with these, but when I have the opportunity, I'll try out the Go Bionic (a lot lightweight and more minimal :D)

    alright 3.1 mi 00:23 07:28 pace

My first run after a loooong period of doing nothing. Though I felt a bit more tired than usual, but I guess that's just a trade-off for taking a long rest. Anyways something new did happened ... read more
