    trying a new technique to ride the bike with minimal load on the right shoulder. a day of rest following physio's advice, which has only pushed the average ride distance up for the last few weekends.

      The shoulder/neck playing me up all night just didn't sleep and when I did seem to nod off, the alarm went to herald 5.10am. I thought I am hard, I will make it up...no bovver!

    The Phnom Penh traffic never ceases to amaze me. Twice shunted and twice I nearly got off the bike to chin someone. After work rides, are Naga Laps and nothing else!

    Bit breezy out there, saw a women blown over...then again, she could have been pissed! Traffic crazy as well today for some reason and a lot of roads the other side of the river cut up due to floods.
