      Use McMillan Running Calculator. Put in a past race time, and it will show what a comparable marathon time will be. It's worked for me almost every time!

      Nice job, Preston! And great team work with your wife! At least she understands what you are going through! That's why I like half marathons. They are much easier to train for. Marathon training is like a parttime job! Hope the tweak is gone in the morning!
