This is a workout that a friend passed on to me that is a trainer for a Metabolic Effect class at the gym. It is only the second time I have done it and it went better than my first experience. Never got bored as the resistance change came often. I programmed the intervals into my Timex and this really helped me to keep up with the reps. Legs felt worked ,but not crushed.
