    The gym was busier than usual this morning! At 4:45 folks were rolling in and the cardio equipment was a hummin'.
    3 x20's of core,arms,back,chest and shoulders; 120 elevated leg lifts. Added 3 x20's of leg presses and leg extensions.

      Nice workout! Sounds like a good way to start the day. Interesting that the gym had more people rolling in that early... think they forgot to change their clocks? Maybe it's just that Spring is in the air again.

    Nice run this morning as the temps were in the 50s. Lot of moisture in the air today but the fog didnt make its presence until after sunrise. Scheduled 4 mile tempo today @ 7:24 pace and all went well. 20 minutes of yoga to finish.

    3 x20 reps (including leg extensions);120 elevated leg lifts. The extra 5 makes it tough... especially on the 3rd set.

      @ Kent- I may be calling this one by a wrong name, but I am elevated and only supported by by forearms, at this point I raise my legs like a crunch. It is more of an ab and hip exercise. I would like to add weight but an ankle weight is all I can think off that would work.
