typical prerace week of ups and downs. feeling a little congested and tired, but I know from experience that things will be vastly different this weekend. i know I need to run all week before a race since big tapers and gaps in training have left my legs feeling flat on race day. better to keep my routine of running every day i normally do with less miles and no super intense efforts.
