Smart coach. I notice when you get a little speed going, you like to take off and run with it (no pun intended). Next thing I hear, you are injured. I think that was a good call on his part.

You are still so fast! You don't seem to lose much when your are off with injuries. What's your next marathon? Surf City?

Thanks April! speed has never been my challenge. being injury free is the main problem I have. I am running City to the Sea half marathon 10/13 and Napa Valley Marathon in March. God willing, I will be healthy enough to get "race fit" soon. You know how it is. I never feel prepared for a race since injury is ALWAYS derailing my training plan.
