Finally did the loop, these trails have a little bit of everything except ridiculous climbs

well, it depends. If you swallow enough that they start eating you from the inside out, then you've got a real problem. Otherwise, the number is small and you should just enjoy the free protein.

hehe jim, there are more down here in tennessee no doubt...i've found it's easier to embrace them and swallow them down, rather than waste energy an d try to spit them out
