  3. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:25 08:25 pace

Nothing like Kenny the BMX bike riding, cigarette smoking fisherman sneaking up on you to make you more alert during a late night run.

  6. RUN
    great 4 mi 00:35 08:46 pace

Beautiful day for a run! Happy to report that my hamstring didn't bother me one bit. Feeling REALLY rusty, but I guess that's to be expected when you haven't ran in 7 months.

  7. RUN
    alright 1.06 mi 00:08:45 08:15 pace

Testing out the hamstring. Tight. Time to see the doctor again and get an MRI.

  8. RUN

GREAT event! The Northbridge Nomads know how to have a great time! Easy run. Hamstring felt tight but it was great to get out and run. (Thanks for keeping me company, Jim.)

  9. Dear Mr. L. Hamstring,

I know you and Mr. Running don't get along, but please listen to my proposal. I'll give you more attention by trying a new (longer) warmup routine my PT gave me. ... read more

  14. RUN
injured Warrior Dash - Grand Rapids, MI 3.5 mi 00:37 10:28 pace

Fun time at the Warrior Dash. I dare say it was a better event than the Mt. Morris event last summer. The first water obstacle was a challenge. VERY fun! Even with my injured hamstring I was able t... read more

Awww man, I had no idea you were doing it Phil! I was there running the half with a friend of mine. Awesome job on the race, those hills were TOUGH! Props to you on walking less than expected, I struggled with some of those hills in the last couple miles.

good The Fred: Spur 34 4.2 mi 00:32 07:39 pace
