    Started from Global Ed Ctr after a Sat at the office. Gorgeous late sky.

    Took it real steady, no bursts of speed. Great to get away from my home trails for some new scenery.

    Feeling a bit out of shape. It really shows up in a hurry when you get off the routine. Walked 11 min to cool down.

      Thanks. Yeah, can't keep that up for too many miles! Unless you start at 12 min/mi and keep going down, that is.
