good Poco -- all over 20 mi
Not sure of the mileage but did all the old stuff (except lil' west virginia) and all of Lakeview. Nice day .. trails were frozen and fast. First time on the MTB since mid-December.

Solo lunch ride, wind out of the Northwest at 8 mph. Stayed in an aero tuck most of the time and changed my climbing technique a bit and was able to apply more power up the hills.
