    Slow and tiresome 5. Finally broke the 4 mile barrier.

    Split: 14:14 @ 1.5 miles, 24:12 @ 2.5 miles, 33:14 @ 3.5 miles.

    Slow and easy recovery run.

    Legs, particularly the shins and side calves, were tight. Body was relatively loose but overall, an easy run.
