    First run post Illinois Marathon. Erin S. showed me her route where we took it easy the first 2/3s and then we switched to my easy pace the last 1/3rd. Erin was a trooper!

    Legs are still heavy from the weekend. Took it easy overall, though the north wind made it a bit rough at times.
