It went well. I was supposed to run a full last mile but I felt like I was gunna pass out after that 9min mile... I gotta eat breakfast. I wonder if I'll ever learn to eat right. I'm proud of myself either way.
Currently drinking a delicious recovery drink from go work out... Then it's on to the rest of my day.
