Circuit x's 5
- Shuffle through cones
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- Jump over 6-7 cones on one foot, go back with other
- 10 Push Ups
- Figure 8 Shuffles around 2 soccer balls
- 15 crunches

3 Exercises were we started on the ground and had to get up quickly to save a shot
We each did a set of tipping dives
Finally, the team played 100 goals on the goalies. That is where the keepers get shot one pretty much non stop for 20 minutes until time expires. There is a scoring scheme and the shooters are trying to score 100 goals. Theres only 2 off us so we were in net for 15 shots and rested for 15. It was very tiring.
