Probably should have rested today after doing a longer run yesterday because I was pretty sore but I will be traveling most of tomorrow so I will take off running our first day in Florida which should be easy because I will be laying on a beach getting ready for dinner with my peer group. Wow, that sentence was longer than my run :). Is that a "run" on sentence?
