Glad to see you updating! Do you usually take a small bottle of water with you on your run? Maybe you should consider it.. It's too hot to run without one or at least take frequent drinking breaks.

Did you not run Monday or Tuesday? Don't forget to update!

No I don't take anything with me. Three times around the horn and I'm pretty drenched. Good thing I'm near by if I really need to drink something I can stop on any turn.

Don't max yourself out on crunches, split that up and do a few laying on your side and crunching your knee up to your elbow (hands behind your head)... This will help reduce the "Love Handles" and take some of the strain off your center abdominal muscles.

    tired Mount Draco run 00:36

Hot and windy. Running up Mount Draco into the wind was not a breeze no pun intended.

It's good to see you logging your training!!! Looks like you labeled your fitness as a run and your run as a fitness session. Don't forget to log miles.. There is an easy way to map out your run so it will log your miles automatically. I know this would help you especially since you run outdoors (as opposed to me on the treadmill).

Let me know if you need any help!
