great Postlaf 10 k race 10 km 00:53 08:36 pace

1275th place but well below my estimate of 55 mins for the time. Felt great throughout. Used HR monitor only for pacing. aimed at around 160 first half of race and then allow increase. Hill up from Cessange was very ok. Good practice for longer distances for race plan with progressive increase of speed. First kms around 5:30 pace lowered down to 4:58 on last kilometer. The section with the climb up from Cessange was at 5:38 pace. 50 min on a 10k race is within sight!

    Good man Freddie. As I mentioned to Michael above, each 10K needs to be a minute faster this year. There won't be many of them.
