Nice morning run. Perfect temperature. Would have done ING under 2hr in this weather. Just resting legs letting them decide pace and distance. Seems I recovered well.

PB by 5 min. Happy with that, even though it would have been nice to be on the other side of 2hrs. First half too hot, then the rain saved me.

Just hope the inflamed hip joint will not put a spanner in the works. Doc just had me diagnosed with that, but it should not stop running he says. It relates to old stuff. Movement and stretching supposedly good. Off to an osteopath to rebalance a bit and I should be as good as new.

Tough. Did a core strength session yesterday and it hit me hard today. Squats, lunges etc. Legs were like logs today. HR higher as well. Body did not want to move today.
