A difficult 16 miler. The ground is rock hard and frozen and slippery and my legs are exhausted - the mileage and the hard pounding are taking their toll. I also did not eat right yesterday - not nearly enough - and I really felt it in the run. MUST remember to carboload before next weekend's 30KM race.
