After 5 days of rest - well, no running - I had high hopes for today's 17 miler. And it went ok until about mile 13 when my knee pain came back. I kept stretching and made it back okay, but was glad to have it over with. I have an appointment with my osteopath on Monday and he has always remedied the pain in the past - we shall see how I go...

    oh petra, so sorry to hear your knee is not so good... hopefully rest and a visit to the osteopath will relieve the problem... today's run therefore is a very good effort... well done for sticking at it and hope you feel fit again very soon
