      Glad you are feeling better Peter. I got lucky with my ortho group and PCP. They all workout/run and other sports so they know how to treat me when I come in and say " This hurts when I do this".

      FOR SURE....see a specialist who deals with athletes. Now as it turns out the guy I go to handles both athletes and non-athletes. He's worked with our local NFL, NBA, and NHL teams. The jerseys on the wall are cool. But he's in a big practice and MOST people are there for accident injuries. In fact the questionaire is all about pending lawsuits. Whatever. Point being, see somebody who deals with what we deal with.
