    Short afternoon hike with the kids. The waterfall was chugging along but definitely has seen stronger days.

    Went out at noon. It was 85 degrees and dry. Haven't felt this dehydrated in a while. But had a good time. Stayed on pace for the most part until mile 12 when my energy just fell apart.

      Legs were sore on Friday so pushed it Saturday. But was busy in the AM so pushed it to noon.
