    No walk breaks today, but oddly still had an overall slower pace than yesterday. Dog is getting the hang of jogging with some focus.

    Goose always goes out fast. First mile was at about 8:25. Then took a short walk break and tried to finish at a more reasonable pace.

    Getting back into the swing of things. Calfs still sore and right. But was able to run 1/4-1/2 mile at a time. Very happy. Was getting a little bored of all the walking.
