      Hope it's not a stress fracture. But, if it is it might alert you to a bone weakness, like osteopenia. In which case you can be proactive. This is how a couple of my friends found out they were at risk, and were able to address. it. So, a negative did have a positive effect. It's an odd place though. Nothing different with your shoes?

      Nope same shoes I've ran in for forever and ever (well not the same pair of course lol) but I notice it the most when I'm at work... So now I'm starting to wonder if my work shoes are getting worn out
