    My treadmill stopped after 4 minutes so 4 minutes isn't recorded on my distance but I did it! Last time I tried I wasn't able to finish!! I had to take several breaks though. Lol

    It was my cool down. I didn't run. I just walked at a steady 3.5. I had already ran, done the elliptical, and the bike.
