Joined Greg for some headlands riding. 25 minutes warming up. 8:13 up front side (but stopped clock at earlier point than usual) with avg HR 166, 9:30 up the backside with avg HR 161, and another 38 minutes of riding around with half the backside of Conzulman and some sprints with Greg.
Right wrist is still painful when in the drops going over bumps or braking. Seeing doctor this afternoon to determine whether Sunday's race is workable or not.
