Mileage is a guess. Ran in the evening dusk with Billy. Some flat miles to start, and then 5 x up the Crissy Field Avenue hill. Each time up the hill was almost exactly one minute. When not surging up the hill, just a comfortable lope around the Presidio. Calves a bit tight, but generally feeling decent.
