Just out and back from the office on my own, before work.
Legs still feeling Wednesday morning's run.
Did the stretch from tunnel to Rodeo Beach hard, finishing with a sprint, and then after rolling and turning around, same push back to the tunnel. Wasn't amazing, but some hard pedal strokes. Did a few more quick sprint jumps after I got back to the Parade Ground in the Presidio.
