Fresh from SportsBasement fixing the crank (after the tuneup), I left the house and heard a clicking... and the computer receiver was knocked loose. Rode out to the GGB to meet Gleeco, and fixed it there, so computer worked the rest of the ride.
Goal was to prep for Berkeley TTT on Saturday, so we rode up Conzelman just to the saddle, went down to Tennessee Valley, turning right up to the tunnel, then paceline to Rodeo Beach. Turned, and 7:23 returning back to the tunnel light. (Average HR 162 for that section = too high for day before a race.)
Back up the saddle and home, gently.
